FAQs

Yes! This is included in all installations at no extra charge. The only exception is if you have a masonry mailbox post.
-
I can! This will incur an additional fee depending on the size. Usually $400.
-
No, sorry 😓
But I can point you toward people that do.
-
Absolutely! It will probably be one of the few that actually does.
-
Of course! For typical installations I’ll dig a 20 inch hole and encase the post in concrete. I have removed a number of mailboxes that have been in place for decades that were put in the ground with much less. Sometimes with no concrete at all!

Most of my posts are a cedar exterior with a pressure treated interior frame. Some models use composite materials on the outside.

Since cedar is a natural material, it can vary in color and the same stain color may look slightly different from one batch of cedar to another. Or even from one board to another. But they will be very similar.
-
Of course! Every situation is different, so we can discuss your particular spot and figure out a solution.

Exterior stain/sealers for fences, decks, and furniture typically provide a 4-6 year guarantee for weather protection, but reapplication around every 2 years is advised to keep it looking fresh. Even better would be to use a light application of this spray on waterproofer every few months.
-
I typically use Ready Seal, Olympic Elite, or Cabot professional grade semi-transparent stain and sealer in one.
-
I can make whatever you want! Get a picture of it or draw it out and send me a note.
